Video Consultations
Make an appointment to talk face-to-face with a dentist from the comfort of your own home
Are you unhappy with your smile? Would you like the opportunity to find out how you can improve it? We are offering FREE 20-minute Video Consultations where either new or existing clients can ask any question you may have.
Our video consultations will fall into four different categories:
1. Is Invisalign right for me?
During this video consultation we will discuss how Invisalign Clear Aligners work to straighten your teeth, how long it is likely to take, whether it is appropriate for you and what the cost will be. We will also answer any other questions you may have.
2. Are you looking for a new dentist?
Finding a new dentist because you have moved to a new city or your previous dentist retired or you are just looking for someone different can be a daunting procedure.
With this type of video conference, we try to make your decision easier. You will have the opportunity to speak with one of our dentists about your past dental history and what you are looking for now. We will answer any questions you have and tell you a bit about us and what we offer.
It is a great opportunity to meet us for the first time from the comfort of your own home in a non-confronting way.
3. Can you help me overcome dental anxiety?
Being anxious at the thought of going to the dentist is a reality for many people, often due to past experiences. Our goal with this video consultation is for you to meet the dentist in a non-confronting way in an environment that you are comfortable in, your own home.
At Ian Gurner Dental Care we pride ourselves on having created an environment which is not the normal dental clinic. Our space is welcoming and calm and our staff are highly experienced in working with nervous clients. In fact, many of our clients came to us specifically because of their dental anxiety and we have had great success in getting their oral health back on track.
During this video consultation we will discuss your past dental history, if you are currently experiencing any dental problems and if we think we can help you address your dental anxiety.
4. I’m not happy with my Smile, can you help?
Do you have a smile that you are not happy with? Would you like a qualified professional’s advice about how to improve it.
Whether it is crooked, chipped or missing teeth, the best way to whiten your smile, tooth pain or do you have past dental treatment you are not happy with.
During this video consultation we will discuss your concerns, goals for your smile and the treatment options available.
What Technology do I need?
You will only need your mobile phone. There is NO NEED to install any apps or set up any accounts.
At the time of your pre-scheduled video consultation we will text you a message to let you know we are ready to begin. Click on the link in the message, follow the prompts and you will be face-to-face with one of our dentists ready to begin your consultation. It’s that easy.
How do I request a virtual consultation?
