We have now returned to Level 1 restrictions. This means we can provide all dental services for most people using standard precautions.
We are still required to screen clients for COVID-19 risk at the time of confirming your appointment and on arrival at the clinic. We will also continue to take your temperature using a contactless thermometer and be asking you to use hand sanitiser on arrival.
Social distancing is required in our arrival areas however both have been setup to make that easy. Whenever possible we are moving clients directly into the clinic rooms.
For the safety of all clients and staff, if any of the following applies to you we ask that you call us on 03 6231 3645 and reschedule your appointment:
- you have returned from overseas in the last 14 days
- you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms or have been unwell in the last 14 days
- you have had close or casual contact in the last 14 days with a confirmed or suspected Coronavirus case
- you have someone in your household currently isolating under Tasmanian Governement requirements
If you are unable to visit us due to your COVID-19 risk we are very happy to address any of your concerns about your oral health through an online video consultation until you can return to visit us in person.
